ORDER PROCESSING
As soon as we receive your order and proof of payment, we will start processing your order.
Our operating hours are Mondays – Fridays 09:00 am – 18:00 pm and Saturdays 09:00 – 16:00 pm.

All orders received and placed before 17:00 pm will be processed, dispatched or shipped the same day.
​
Orders received after 17:00 pm will be shipped or dispatched the following business day.
Orders processed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
​
If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you to offer you a few alternatives.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order browse through our online shop, add products to your cart, sign-up & proceed to checkout.

Alternatively, you can browse through our online shop and send us a link or image of your desired product to sales@vemadecor or Whatsapp +264812131404. We will then send you an exact total including the shipping cost along with the rest of the instructions.

Our online shop currently doesn’t support online payments.

For International orders, payments can be made via Pay Pal, Western Union, Money Gram or EFT into our international bank account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Its very challenging to offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Due to a host of factors such as location, shipping costs, Customs duties & import & export VAT etc.

Returns—Customs, Duties, Taxes & VAT
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs. In special cases, if you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DOMESTIC ORDERS
If you change your mind about your purchase, we encourage you to return the product at your earliest convenience. We can either offer you an exchange or refund subject to the following conditions:

The products must be unaltered,

Product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, strings attached,

We unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds of products that have been used, washed etc

Returns must be accompanied by an original invoice or receipt.

The product must be sent back at your expense.

Product must be returned within 15 days

Products returned after 15 days will be charged a 15% admin fee

Refunds will be made in the similar manner payments are received i.e if payment was done in 2 instalments, the refund will also be done in 2 instalments

Refunds are done via EFT only, we don’t refund via cash or wallets.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-9 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any delivery or courier cost
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders shipping fees are calculated based on several factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method, speed, location to which the order is shipping, the contents, number of items and weight of your order).

Shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destinations.

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery days at the time of checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
We will provide you with your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created.

We use the following methods to ship internationally: DHL express, Nampost courier, Fedex, TNT.
For orders within SADC there are also a variety of much more affordable shipping options.

We offer free deliveries in Windhoek on orders above N$ 1500.00, for orders below N$ 1500.00 we charge a N$ 50.00 delivery fee
